Cost
Shipping is a flat rate per order, with free shipping over a set amount. Both are shown in the cart, and you’ll see the total before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within a few business days of payment.
- Orders go out with Australia Post. If you’d like Express Post, ask through the contact form before you order and you’ll get a price for it.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and where you live. Remote areas can take longer.
- You’ll get an email when your order is on its way.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, get in touch through the contact form and it’ll get sorted out. Your rights are explained on our returns and refunds page.
